_UPDATE:

Family Court final hearing, 8.5.2012 the parents were awarded 50/50 shared residency of the baby.
I still have not seen his half brother ever since. This is a true story. The video was kept out of court by solicitors. 
The harassment case of the father by the mother and her friends continues.
This is normal life in south Wales uk.


[Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 Chapter 33 Section 51. Intimidation etc.

(1) A person who does to another person—
(2) A person who does or threatens to do to another person—commits an offence.
(6) A person guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable—
(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or a fine or both;
(b) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or both.]
