14.3.2012: It seems to be working.
11.3.12 Butterfly Pin Broach
From: the Weir (wyr), famed for once having been a Baptismal Pool.
Details: It is 1cm, it has 5 tiny little crystals on the wings; pentacle.
The pin on the back is bent and turns all the way around like the hand of a clock.
Evidently it is female bling, possibly dropped by a schoolgirl.
Associations: Butterfly Effect (quantum theory). Butterfly Temple (Maya).
Transient romantic / flirtatious relationships.
In this case, day three of my taking myself seriously as a practicing ritual magi,
because of the source location of the item, I am interpreting this as an initiatory powa tool;
a Baptism into Witchery, an acceptance by Great Spirit of my Path. Such things happen.
Plan: put it in my mystical bits box for future use, perhaps on a wand;
or place it on my altar to see what it brings.
Notes: I also found a 1 penny coin next to it (minted 2000ad)
which has a portcullis gate beneath a crown on one side of it.
I said a mantra; "Penny on the floor, bring me many more"
and stamped on it to send a shockwave imprinting my desire into the particle weave of the world.
Definitely a Pentacle. I should probably keep the coin and the broach together.
Only yesterday I copytyped this in to the website here (for 'Hollow One' read 'Goth Witch'):
"While a Hermetic mage might use his properly dedicated Pentacle of Mercury in a ritual,
the Hollow One might simply draw a star on a quarter with eyeliner and use that."
Intuition: I feel that I can use this item to send other patterns through.
It's an Ace. It's also telling me I need a girlfriend.
12.3.12 Water Ring
From: a sand pit in the people’s park, in a kids playground
Details: small electric blue ceramic bead
Associations: I have used the name ‘water ring’ after Frank Herberts Dune.
Plan: As it is too small and being ceramic too dangerous, lest I fall and it shatter, to go in my dreadlocks,
I will put it in my mystical bits&bobs box to make something with when it becomes apparent.
Notes: I was writing a few days ago about a desert culture that create such artifacts using solar furnace.
Intuition: This is to do with the flow of my finances as much as it is to do with emotions. Dual level symbology.
I found another 1p outside the house on my return from the park.
This morning in child behavior group with lush, approving women.
My son is telepathic and empathic, today my heart is opening so much for him, he is amazing.
He is a natural energy healer.
For example he touched my throat when it was hurting one night, and it stopped hurting.
Additional 13.3.2012: Sitting in the women's circle in the Family Center, an honorary male.
Discussing social matters and chilling out, it being a meditation class, a peace session,
during which we did a ritual; to sit relaxed, eyes shut, breathing and pushing out all thoughts.
It is refreshing and energizing. We did six minutes that felt both much quicker and timeless.
Additional 14.3.2012: I quit smoking 6 years ago because I had throat ache for 3 years.
I am now in year 9 of it. I read in Louise Haye book Heal Your Body A-Z
and then researched on internet; am now self-diagnosed with chronic laryngitis.
My GP has previously mentioned an unusually dry patch on back of my throat.
Voicebox - throat chakra - blue.
Water is symbolic element for communication.
I hardly ever talk. In two cities I have a reputation for being 'the silent watcher' and an urban hermit.
Today I discovered that technically I have suffered a speech impediment for near a decade.
It is psychosomatic. It speaks volumes.
"I am free to ask for what I want. It is safe to express myself. I am at peace."
13.3.2012 Bike Light
From: "Dim Path" disused railway now cycle/pedestrian path connecting reservoir and beach.
Details: a small pack of 3 1cm disc batteries, circuit-board and 2 LED lights.
It has fallen from somebodies pushbike.
It has 4 settings; off, white light, red light, flashing red light.
Associations: What does it mean? What are the connections drawn from mind?
During child behavior class this week the group witnessed a battery explode in a tv remote control gadget.
It went Pop! Nobody in the group had ever seen that before.
That is the only battery related event I can associate other than my son's toys that are always running out of batteries,
and my own proverbial batteries always being permanently drained. I am constantly exhausted.
Notes: What do the 4 states involved mean in symbolic terms?
I have a red light bulb above my internet console because it is softer light to work in.
Electromagnetic smog is a large reason I am frequently feeling drained. Psychic attack is another.
Intuition: It seems clear that to simplify and make cohesive system of the factors discussed here, the object indicates state of fatigue and more successful management of energy flow. Less time on internet and more time meditating with 'white light'.

and continuing my studies privately;

This awareness indicates that I am ready to become a teacher.

it is Half Moon (waning) in a few days.
I shall wait until the Time of Balance
(simplifying) to know what to do.

while I was giving him counseling / energy healing
16.3.2012 Black Plastic Bead
From: the Street, 3-way crossroads / T-junction on curve,
between Family Center & Co-op, next to Cemetery
Details: 1 inch diameter black plastic bead, quite battered
Associations: Plastic from Petrol;
the properties of plastic is that it is polymer, mutable, sensual
yet held in form it is hard; battered from tarmac & concrete street gutter, it is hardened.
Black is about Tezcatlipoca, Protection and Powa
Notes: I wear red, white & black wood rishi beads (orisha vodou) in my dreadlocks
I picked it up, threw it back down thinking, 'why do I need this crap?'
and then a black car screeched up in front of me, blocking my path at the T-junction, and the driver scowled at me;
so I picked it up again knowing I was supposed to by design of great Spirit.
Car would have hit me if I hadn't paused to collect the bead.
I wonder about the mysterious history of this bead
Last Autumn I found a similar object on a nearby street;
a black plastic toggle in the shape of a mayan skull motif
Last month I found another similar object on a nearby street;
a black plastic petrol cap from a car (petrol, again!) in the shape of a disc,
reminiscent of the heads of African tribal Fertility Fetishes.
I have a suspicion that I am supposed to combine these items.
Intuition: As I picked the bead up and accepted it,
I felt powerful, full of certainty & self assuredness, confidence, hard edged
I heard the word 'Powa!' and I know that it is a battery pack, an energy cell
I also felt very strongly that this is a reward for helping somebody yesterday who needs & deserves it

19.3.2012 : Red Ribbon
From: the Street, 3-way crossroads / T-junction on curve, between Family Center & Co-op, next to Cemetery Details: 18" Red Ribbon Associations: Red Ribbon means Blood and Romance, it is a thread from the Base Chakra so it has to do with calling for a mate. Notes: On the 18th I was looking at photographs in facebook, one file in particular caught my eye because of 2 images of Crows both with Red Ribbons. I was wondering at the symbolism of this. Obviously the Celtic Ogham triple braid has significance. The shape generally means both 'energy well' and 'balance'; the other symbols are read much the same way as a Tarot card. The same day an unusually big fat crow sat on my chimney and crawed directly at me for ten minutes until I acknowledged it, upon which it flew away. Then I watched a fluffy black cat run across the wall at the end of my garden, from left to right. A heartbeat later a black crow fly across the same space from right to left. Intuition: I wrapped the red ribbon around a Rose Quartz on my altar, concentrating on thoughts and feelings of soon finding the right partner. On the 18th I was also sharing this information with people: |

From: outside front doors of the college
Details: A small green ceramic bead with white and red in it,
and a soft white feather, and a white biro with the word Engage in red.
Associations: White Feather I associate with a blessing
of being guided on the right path, and Dream.
It also symbolizes a Quill which links it to the biro.
I suspect that the Bead has to do with gardening,
although because of what and who it has come from,
it is to do with youth & study. I equate it with Spring.
Notes: I was at a college open evening looking into doing a childcare qualification in September.
Details: A small green ceramic bead with white and red in it,

From: the Street (concrete street between home and corner store)
Details: It is a little battered, 1cm x 5cm,
has the word KISS and a heart,
and a place for a metal keyring to go, is made of hard red plastic.
Notes: I ignored it to begin with because I am not too sure about picking random things up,
but on my return journey I noticed it again and it felt right to take it.
It being red and I can bind it to my red ribbon & rose quartz fetish on the altar.
27.2.2012 : Red LED laser
From: bottom of spiral stairs observation point on the Bay Beach
Details: At first I thought it is another bike light, it is similar
Associations: flickering on and off and steady beam, on the red spectrum, from the bike light turns here into a button that lights the bulb only while it is held. Having been writing about how Pine tree's grow straight as a metaphor of medicine journey, only one path; the red beam from this light therefore indicates only go forward. I need a girlfriend. Red associates with sex because of base chakra. I am getting stronger because of this sunlight, and I am beating "trapped in behavioral patterns of their expectations" - deconditioning myself from the curse of not being able to go forward in approaching a girl.
Notes: I am remembering who I used to be. Sunlight and confidence reprogram base chakra base of pillar up which chi or kundalini energy flows. The programs in the base chakra are like those in a crystal or in the mind; we function better without them at all. So I can now consciously undo the programs inserted into my roots, and be free and clean and loose enough to trust the chakra senses and go ahead and make a move, if as when I am so inclined; instead of being a shrinking violet when it comes to women, freezing up and escaping if they want me sexually. I believe somebody cursed me that I could have no-one if it wasn't them, and i don't know who that was. So, these powa-tools are certainly helping me to focus my awareness on the freedom i do have and that it is okay, it is ethically acceptable for me to be a sexual creature and to take a lover. I missed out on it during my twenties because of 'trapped in a pattern of their expectations' = slavery.

14.4.2012 Pearly Plastic & Metal Button
Yesterday my Attention was drawn to 2 cufflinks of green in a charity shop, I didnt have the change for - today I discovered in the mud next to a drain on my street, a white button exactly like the cufflinks. The back of it has 5 spikey metal clips for bending it into fabric or plastic or etc to hold it in place, evidently they are crap because it has fallen off its source. IDK what it means but as soon as I have the change Im going back to the charity shop to get the cufflinks! I am not usually into cufflinks nor trinkets of this sort at all.

In the last few weeks i havent found so much stuff but I made a note of some of it for when I could get back online to continue this journal... I keep finding black plastic parts for a african fetish idol, the fertility dolls I have seen, I need a body/handle for it, thoughts keep coming back to the light-saber toy handle my ex partners kid had and left at my house, I was torn whether to return it to him it was broke anyway, I did in the end because I am kind and didn't want to steal, but now I see it is the missing part of this sculpture that I am obviously meant to be constructing. Something else will turn up I am sure of it, but I have to go looking for it.
I found a glass bottle with 3 sides, 80s perfume, in the garden here - it has my sons name printed on it.
